RDF, MSW, Screen Rejects, and Recycling Applications.
The D-RAM press is designed to extract liquids from various industrial by-products and commonly used packaged products and beverages. Initially developed in 1992, the D-RAM was specifically engineered to drain wet rejects from the pulp and paper industry, which operates continuously and unattended.
Over the past 30 years, the D-RAM has been tested in over 25 industrial sectors, proving to be the best-performing, most efficient, and most reliable ram press available. Our technology’s unique capability to handle a variety of materials with low energy consumption, operating in batches, ensures minimal maintenance. The D-RAM press efficiently dewaters and compresses materials such as grinding swarf, fiberglass waste, and plastic recycling rejects.
The machine is designed to minimize upkeep expenses, ensuring cost-effective operation over its lifespan.
Customize the machine with features and add-ons for improved versatility and functionality.
The machine employs straightforward, reliable technology ensuring easy operation and fewer errors.
Made entirely from stainless steel, the machine ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and hygiene standards.

1. Rejects enter the hopper.
2. The sensor detects material, sends information to the main control, and the ram moves forward.
3. The press plate moves forward, compacting the material in the dewatering channel.
4. The compacted material will be held under pressure in steps to allow the liquid to drain from the inside of the material outwards.
5. Dried solids move forward and will act as a plug when the machine takes a new load of material.
6. The material clamp ensures the machine holds the material when needed and releases it when a new load has been fed.
7. Dried solids are pushed out of the machine and can be further processed.
8. Drained liquid is caught in the collection pan and can be treated in a wastewater plant or recycled.
